Cingwashih is a rock in the shape of a frog, 61 meters tall, situated in Kenting Forest Recreation Area, looks like a frog jumping into the sea. Here you can see wave erosion cliffs, coral reefs and shell fossils, around Cingwashih are lots of volcanic rock gravels. Tropical plants as Alexandrian Laurels and the representative birds of Kenting National Park, Taiwan Bulbul, are easy to be seen. Enjoy the natural views with birds singing, and surround reefs on the left side are as a barrier, makes less disturbance of wind, thus the water area is calm and stable for water activities.

By Own Car :
1) Via State Highways 17, 1, 26 and then through Hengchun to Kenting. After the Kenting Boulevard then you shall destinate.
2) Via State Highways 3, 1, 26 and then through Hengchun to Kenting. After Kenting Boulevard and you shall destinate.
By Public Commute :
1) From Hengchun take express buses (Taichi, Kaoshiung, Pingtung) that travel towards Kenting or Erluanbi. Alight at Kenting Caesar Hotel Station.
2) At front of Kaoshiung Train Station or Xiaogang Airport, take express buses (Kaoshiung, or Taichi) that travel in the direction of Kenting. Alight at Kenting Caesar Hotel Station and you may destinate. |
