East of Siuhai Village and right next to the Pacific Ocean, the Siuhai Plain - or also called Zhongzhen Plain - sits on an altitude of 300 meters. Also a surface area of 300 hectares, the Siuhai Plain stretches towards the east coast until it touches the horizon. An endless field of green grass waving in the sea breeze, making its greetings to the sky. In the middle of the plain, there is a lake where cattles and sheep come here for a drink. Especially during sunset and sunrise, where the orange light splashes across the plain, painting a nostalgic scene.
In the northeast direction of the Siuhai Village there is a Mudan Bay. There is even a Siuhai Hot Spring available for visitors within the village. Mudan means peony in chinese, and conspicuously peony trees dot the green plain and further into the mountains.
