Hualien's Shen-an Palace is currently one of the taoism temples of the whole province. It is also the local's spiritual sanctuary where they could pray for good fortune everyday.
The palace is of grandiose structure, with carved pillars and picturesque gardens for the visitors. The Shen-an Palace is a famous religious site of its region.
