This special event center is situated within the confine of the Taroko National Park. This section is the only scenic spot in Taiwan that bears geological features of an international standard.
Tiensiang obtains an altitude of 485 meters tall and is 45km west of Hualien. It stands proud behind its hillside villa which was designed by a famous architect, Mr Bao-de Han. This is now the so-called Tiensiang Youth Corps Event Center. It is of 12 storeys, 6 deep within the ground and 6 above ; available for accommodation for social well-beings and adolescent learners who happen to be around.
