This location is not only a local radio station, but also combined with a cafeteria as well as other multi-functional purposes. The recording room is of glass walls so you can visit celebrities without any inappropriate harrassment.
As for the cafeteria, from the furniture to the bar counter, everything is carved with east coast relief, as if you are really having coffee by the sea side. On the walls, signed posters of various celebrities are hung, attracting many young customers. This is a good place for easy interaction between people as laughter fills the atmosphere.
The Arts Center usually holds lectures, trainings (broadcasting hosts etc), and musical recitals, making this yet another cultural point of Hualien City.
