Chuwei (Bamboo Wall) Beach is popular due to its closeness to the city. During weekends, hosts of city dwellers from Taipei County crowd the beach front. This is another alternative weekend hangout place other than the north coast. The beach area is equipped with all safety measures. At the nearby Chuwei fishing pier, there are a variety of fresh sea produces and seafood restaurants which make this place a nice sightseeing and eating place after a day of fun at the beach.

From Chungsan Highway, exit at the Nanken Interchange to No 4 Provincial Route and head towards the Chuwei Beach direction.
From the 2nd Northern Highway, exit at Tahsi Highway Interchange to No 4 Provincial Route and head towards the Chuwei Beach direction. |
