Located at Fushin Village in Taoyuan County, the Shiowulai Waterfalls area is known for its several scenic spots in the shaded gorge. These include the Shiowulai Waterfall, Lung (Dragon) & Fungku (Phoenix Valley) Waterfall and Fungtungshih (Wind Moving Rock). Shiowulai Waterfall: is one of the several waterfalls in this area. It can be best viewed from the four-storey high observation tower on the roadside. Proceeding from here passing the parking lot, the source of the waterfall and Fungtungshih, visitors can spend a relaxing day at the picnic and barbecue area and the Lung & Fungku Waterfalls. Fungtungshih: This 5 meters high and weight 20 tons rock is supported only by a narrow stand at the base. The Lung & Fungku Waterfall is deep in the wood. Visitors have to take the small junction before the Shiowulai Waterfall for about 10 minutes to reach there. The road condition is bad and though serene, visitors to this part are few. The waterfalls consist of two levels where water flows gentling through the level plains forming picturesque water curtains. Hung Bridge : This bridge was built to relieve the traffic congestion at the Fushin Bridge and ease access to the Tourist Information Center. Fushin Bridge : With its solid red abutments, this imposing bridge is visible from far away.
