Triangle (Sanchio) Lake is located at Tungher (East River) Village in Nanchuan Village. The landscape is shaped like a triangle with deep riverbeds. The surrounding giant rocks have made this area a cool natural swimming pool.
Triangle Lake is also the starting point for rafting along the Chungkan River. The whole journey takes about 90 minutes, passing several exciting rapids. Visitors may bring their own rafts to this river but extreme cautions must be exercised.

Getting there :
By car :
From Toufen Highway Interchange, exit to No 124 County Route to Shanchuhu (Coral Pearl Lake).
Connect to No 3 Provincial Route to Shanwan (Three Bay) and change to No 124A County Route passing Lungmen (Dragon Gate) Tunnel and Nanchuan Bridge.
Then, take a left turn at the next junction and go eastward passing Chungshin Bridge to Tungher Village. Go along the industrial road to the Triangle Lake. |
