The Seven-star Lake is situated in the east of the airport. Although it is named as a lake, but in fact it is a small bay beside the sea, extruding towards Meilunpi. It used to be the most prosperous fishery location, but nowadays only the silent sandy beach and small boats remains. It is simple and tranquil, an ideal place in Hualien suburb to tread waves and pick stones.

Traffic Information:
Traveling along Suau-Hualien Highway: After passing Sanzhan bridge, turn left at the crossing to No.193 county road. Continue traveling towards south to Seven-star Lake, turn right to Fuqian Road, you can reach Hualien airport.
Traveling from Hualien: Traveling to north along Fuqian Road, you can see the Seven-starLake sign after going out of the urban district. Turn right, and then turn right again at the crossing, passing Hualien Normal College, turn left at the crossing and you will reach Seven-star Lake. Go back to Fuqian Road, continue driving for 3.3 kilometers, you will reach Huanlien airport. |
