Wuhe is in Rueisuei Township of Hualien County, which lies on the vital section of Hualien-Taitung Highway. It is famous for Wuhe Stelae in the early years. Later the government developed the slope here, and Wuhe village became a scenic area.
Wuhe Stelae scenic spot is most famous for its Wuhe Stelae with no doubt. There is a pair of idiographic stelae in the area, about 7 meters in height. They are the culture relics left by Amis people before they developed the east. Overlooking from this area, you can enjoy the beauty of Siouguluan River and the mountains in the opposite direction.
Wuhe Tourist Tea Farm is another sight worthy spot. The Tianhe Tea here is mellow and fragrant; in addition, the Hegang black tea produced in the opposite Hegang village is also very popular. Not far away, on the left side of the road, a white monument in the shape of a sundial marks the location of the Tropic of Cancer. In the green background, it looks extra impressive.

Drive towards south from Hualien→Ji’an→Shoufong→Fonglin→Guangfu→Rueisuei.
By public transport:
1 Take buses from Hualien to Yuli or Fuli, alight at Wuhe village.
2, Take Beihui railway to Rueisuei from Taipei, transfer a bus to Wuhe village
