Facing adjacent to the channels of the Hualien Harbour, is the Meilun Seaside Garden. At its south is where Meilun River pours into the Pacific Ocean. The view here is as volatile as the water waves and as you walk along the seaside, you might just find the changes swelling within you, too.

By Own Car :
From the old Hualien Train Station --> Zhongshan Road --> Haibingyi Road then turn right and you shall destinate.
By Public Commute :
1) From Taichung, Su-ao, or Taidong, take the Taichi Coach and you may destinate.
2) From the old Hualien Train Station take the Hualien Coach (towards the Harbour) and alight at Haibing Road or Yashihdu Road STation. |
