Sanjhan Rose Valley is situated in Sincheng Township, and its name may not be as self-explainatory as you thought; the Valley is famous for its rose stones.
The valley is of vast space and with a low-lying stream, this is the favourite playground for young villagers, thus the Sanjhan Valley is also called Wawa Valley (which literally means toddlers' valley).
The Sanjhan River is 22km long in total; its winding curves deep within the mountains gained itself another name - Mini Toroko. The Rose Valley also obtains a nature similar to that of the aborigines. The pure marbles, the simple lifestyle, small chapels and the tall betel nut trees, all contribute towards the beauty of this Shanjhan paradise.
If you wish to head into the mountains or residence, you need to register for an adimission pass; otherwise you are free to play by the riverside.

| From Hualien follow the no.9 Provincial Route towards Xinchen or Taroko and after around 15.9km you shall reach Sanzhai Bridge. Follow the signs next to the bridge and for another 5km approximately to the end, turn left and you shall reach the venue. |
