Huisoon Forest Farm is one of the four major woodlands managed by the Agricultural Department of the state-owned Chungshin University. The farm land is wide and consists mainly of virgin forests. Temperatures and scenery vary as the altitude increases. This farm also cultivates the only coffee beans produced in Taiwan – the Chungshin coffee. The forest farm’s recreational area houses coffee garden, campsite, pine trees woodland, Huisoon Peak, Lishan Village, Frog Rock, Tang Pavilion, small cottage area, Chinlung Valley and terrace area. The scene beauty is uniquely rare and it is ideal for family vacation or for honeymooners.

By car :
From Taichung, go pass Chaolio, Kantzilin, Koushin, Peikan Village and you will reach the forest farm.
You can also go from Taichung to Puli and then to the farm.
By bus :
Take the Nantou Express Bus on Puli-Huisoon route or Chaoton-Huisoon route. Buses are not frequent. |
